Welcome to TAFSessions
Conversations on Fatherlessness, Identity, Biblical Manhood, Healing, and Restoration Through Christ.
There are conversations many people avoid… yet countless people silently live with every day.
Questions about:
fatherlessness,
identity,
abandonment,
anger,
masculinity,
healing,
loneliness,
restoration,
and what it truly means to become a godly man.
TAFSessions was created to explore those realities through the lens of Scripture, personal reflection, discipleship, and honest conversation.
This space exists for:
men learning how to heal,
sons wrestling with absence,
believers pursuing sanctification,
and anyone seeking to understand the restoring love of the Father revealed in Christ.
Here you can expect:
reflections on biblical manhood,
writings from The Absentee Father,
“Reading With The Author” sessions,
devotionals,
theological reflections,
conversations about identity and restoration,
and ongoing thoughts from the writing journey.
My prayer is that this platform would not merely discuss brokenness, but point people toward hope, truth, healing, and transformation through Jesus Christ.
Thank you for being here.

Welcome to TAFSessions
There are wounds people can see…
and there are wounds people learn to survive with silently.
Some wounds come from words spoken.
Others come from words never heard.
The absence of a father often leaves behind more than an empty chair at a table. It can leave questions in the heart:
Was I worth staying for?
Why did he leave?
Why do I struggle with anger, identity, insecurity, loneliness, lust, or emotional distance?
Why does healing feel so difficult?
TAFSessions was created because these conversations matter.
This is not merely a newsletter about fatherlessness. It is a space dedicated to conversations on:
identity,
biblical manhood,
healing,
sanctification,
restoration,
and learning to know God as Father through Jesus Christ.
Over the years, writing became more than expression for me. It became a way of processing pain, confronting truth, understanding Scripture more deeply, and seeing how God can redeem even the broken places of our lives. What began as reflections eventually became the foundation for a book project titled The Absentee Father — and now this platform.
Why now?
Because too many people silently carry wounds they were never taught how to process. Many know how to survive, but not how to heal. Many learned independence, but never learned identity. Many became hard simply because they were never properly loved, guided, or protected.
My prayer is that this space would point beyond brokenness toward Christ — the perfect Father who restores, heals, disciplines, adopts, and transforms His people.
